At Friday’s annual dinner of the Scott County Chamber of Commerce, the late Allan ‘Cotton’ Roberts was posthumously honored for his efforts in helping to revitalize downtown Gate City with the 2024 Fannon-Fuller Distinguished Service Award. Chamber President Roger Fraysier presents the award to his widow, Vikki Roberts, during the event.
