The first-ever Makers & Growers Festival held Friday and Saturday on the grounds of the Scott County Career & Technical Center was a great success, despite some interference from Mother Nature. The event showcased local “Makers” and “Growers” along with food trucks, other vendors and some fun games in a beautiful setting.
