Harvest Celebration

Perfect weather was the order of the day at Saturday’s Harvest Moon Celebration in Gate City. Sponsored by Gate City Frontier, the event featured face painting, lively music to show your dancing moves and a chance to pick out some new earrings. 4K Walk for All

Quentin Miles in partnership with Gate City Frontier and the Scott County Ministerial Association’s food pantry held a 4K walk Saturday morning in Gate City. Despite the foggy conditions, participants walked and helped raise $1,300 to help with the purchase of diabetic supplies for those in need. The group also held a prayer before they began the walk.
